Lost In Drama is One Year Old Today!

November 6, 2017

Exactly a year ago today, Lost In Drama went live on the internet, created to focus on period dramas and classic novel adaptations. It’s been a labour of love done in the spare hours, and in one year has had 107 posts and 63,379 words (that’s roughly a 250-word novel!).

It’s been lovely to write about this genre and to interact with fellow fans! There’s plenty planned for the next year as I hope to branch out further in the site’s offerings.

Here’s a sample of my favourite posts for the last year, from a drama about the Brontes to a fantastic adaptation of Tolstoy:

  1. Jane Austen’s Life on Screen – ‘Becoming Jane’ & ‘Miss Austen Regrets’
  2. Top 10 Period Drama Dance Scenes
  3. Review: To Walk Invisible
  4. 5 Reasons Why You Should Watch BBC’s War & Peace
  5. Review: Maudie

Thank you for reading and here’s to another great year!
